Julie Chen Moonves, who was one of the initial hosts and moderators on The Talk (a Daytime Emmy Award winner talk show) was back on the air August 5 for the 22nd episode. Then it was when she started writing that her true passion began to emerge. She won another Emmy for her role as host of an excellent entertainment talk show. Chen Moonves also reported for the Emmy-winning CBS Sunday Morning news show that profiles celebrities such as Paula Abdul. Prior to The Early Show he was an CBS own station journalist in New York City, WCBS. She worked as a producer for ABC NewsOne (1992-1995), the network's affiliate news service, and she was an office assistant for ABC News' Los Angeles bureau (1990-1991) as she completed her senior year at the University of Southern California. As a desk-assistant to ABC News late night broadcast Nightline She worked alongside Ted Koppel. He remains among her top journalists. Chen Moonves was Koppel's co-worker on Anatomy of a Riot (the Columbia du-Pont-winning Primetime Special that examined the Los Angeles riots of 1992).
